• Quality issues: within 30 days of delivery, request a free replacement. We cover return shipping.
• Change of mind: within 14 days of delivery, return in original condition; customer covers return shipping.

EU customers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal per Directive 2011/83/EU, except custom-made items excluded under Art. 16(f).
