Every order ships free via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties & taxes are included up front, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Production takes 3–5 business days; transit is typically 7–14 business days.

Returns

Quality issues: free replacement within 30 days. Changed your mind: return within 14 days (buyer pays return shipping). EU custom-made orders follow Directive 2011/83/EU Art.16(f).
