2-Year Craft Warranty

Every ZOXFORGE case is hand-painted and 3D-relief forged by a single artist. We stand behind that work for 24 months from delivery.

What's covered

• Peeling, cracking, or flaking of the relief print or paint
• Structural defects in the case body or button cut-outs
• MagSafe ring detachment

What's not covered

• Normal wear from drops, scratches, or exposure to solvents
• Damage from non-ZOXFORGE chargers or third-party accessories

How to claim

Email hello@zoxforge.com with your order number and a photo. Approved claims are replaced free of charge (DDP, worldwide).
